Are you suddenly working from home because of the coronavirus? Do you end up wearing your PJ’s all day and forget to shower? Do you feel unfocused and kinda lonely?

Working from home in normal circumstances has its challenges, but doing so during a pandemic is a whole other story. While it’s certainly an opportunity to connect with your loved ones if they live with you, finally get the laundry done, or watch an episode on Netflix during lunch, you still need to be effective, productive, and feel connected.

In this webinar you’ll learn:

  • Three strategies to stay focused, organized, and get into your flow
  • How to create healthy boundaries between your work and home life so it’s not all a blur
  • Easy evidence-based practices to maintain positivity and stay resilient
