Wed., August 14, 2024, 1:00 pm CT

We know HR teams are busier than ever – managing an ever-changing (and ever-growing) to-do list while keeping the organization compliant, safe, and secure. With a mountain of responsibilities, it’s easy to see how initiatives could accidentally slip through the cracks or get pushed to the back burner, but this could have a lasting impact on the organization.

So, what’s the key to keeping your organization compliant, safe, and secure when you have so many competing priorities? Understanding the hidden risks in 5 key areas of your business: Legal (compliance), People (ethics, DEIB), Process (safety), Systems (onboarding), and External (wellness).

Join Taylor Schreck and Troy D’Alessandro from BizLibrary as they discuss:

  • Hidden risks you should always keep an eye on
  • How these risks can impact your organization as a whole
