Dean Pichee founded BizLibrary in 1996, to provide affordable, high-quality, training resources to small and mid-sized organizations across all industries. Prior to founding BizLibrary, Dean founded and sold Capital Training Company, a training solutions provider for banks and financial institutions. Before founding Capital Training Company, Pichee served as the Vice President for Bankers Training, also a training provider for the financial training industry. Dean has served on the board of directors of leading trade associations for learning providers, including the Digital Learning Organization, and its predecessor, Training Media Association. He has also served on the board for the ALS Society of St. Louis. Dean earned a business degree from Washington University.
As Vice President of Client Services, Shannon currently manages our Account Consultant Team. Shannon has been with BizLibrary since August of 2003 and succeeded in multiple roles working with clients. She was recognized for individual contributions in 2006-2009. Prior to joining BizLibrary, Shannon was a manager and trainer with Estee Lauder and is an Alpha Chi Omega Alumni from Missouri State University.
Steve joined BizLibrary in August 2016 and is responsible for managing the sales team, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth. Steve is a top-performing executive leader and sales professional with over 15 years of experience leading and elevating performance of sales teams.
Les brings over 15 years of experience in web development as developer, team lead, and architect. As Chief Technology Officer, Les is the software architect and technical leader for development efforts at BizLibrary.
Andrew joined the BizLibrary leadership team in August 2013. Prior to joining BizLibrary, Andrew was a senior business analyst at Express Scripts in the commercial division where he provided strategic support for a wide range of Express Scripts’ clients. Andrew earned a BS in Finance from St. Louis University in 2010.
As Vice President of Content Development, Debbie is responsible for production and maintenance of BizLibrary-owned video-based content, acquisition of and strategic relationships with all content partners, and the overall quality and content offering for BizLibrary clients. Over the past 15+ years, Debbie has enjoyed contributing to BizLibrary’s success in several roles, including: Account Manager, Member Services Manager, Vice President of Operations and currently, Vice President of Content Development. Prior to joining BizLibrary, Debbie enjoyed more than 11 years in the banking industry, and more than five years in the medical equipment industry. Debbie studied business at Weber State University.
As Director of Marketing and the newest member to the leadership team, Erin currently manages BizLibrary’s marketing efforts. Erin started her journey with BizLibrary in 2013 as a marketing specialist. Her and her team are responsible for communicating the message of BizLibrary through collateral, webinars, tradeshows and social media. Prior to joining BizLibrary, Erin was a Convention Services Manager with Hyatt and is a graduate of University of Missouri-Columbia.
