Unlocking L&D Excellence: From Traditional Training to Strategic Success

Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, 12:00 pm CT

Gone are the days of simply delivering one-time training upon request. Today learning and development is about creating an ecosystem that fosters continuous learning, skill development, and knowledge retention.

L&D has come a long way, and for many organizations, is continuing to transform into a strategic function that aligns with organizational goals and contributes to overall success. Achieving L&D success requires thoughtfulness and intentionality, building relationships, finding the right resources, and utilizing those resources strategically.

Join us for a webinar where we explore challenges faced by L&D teams, what’s holding them back from achieving success, and how they can leverage learning operations to stay agile and ahead of the curve.

We’ll provide actionable insights and discuss:

  • Elevating L&D from order-takers to business partners
  • The evolution of learning solutions
  • Positioning L&D for success
    • Building relationships within an organization
    • How to utilize resources and partners, like off-the-shelf content and LearnOps to create solutions
  • Tracking business impact with business partners
