Thrive: Don’t Just Survive as an HR Professional

Thursday, April 14, 2022, 1:00 pm CT

The human resources landscape is changing, and it’s gone beyond generational differences and the great resignation. Employees expect at a lot from their companies, and if they don’t get that, they’ll leave in search of getting their needs met.
Businesses should be evaluating how to produce and succeed in this shift by aligning with the C-Suite on issues that matter to employees. And HR shouldn’t be forgotten – we need to be able to take care of everything on plates, both personally and professionally.

The program shows how to drive results for any business through long-term programs that support organizations and top talent.

In this webinar you’ll learn:

  • What drives your business in the new world market
  • How to balance this new way of thinking with current initiatives
  • How to prioritize the balance of work and life for the best results
  • How to create connections with leadership that will impact long term solutions
