Thinking Outside the Resume and Other Ways to Boost Employee Engagement

Wednesday, June 15, 2022, 1:00 pm CT

With record turnover from The Great Resignation, it’s more important than ever to retain employees, but it needs to go beyond the lunches and game rooms. It should be personalized and authentic. You might be asking yourself: “How in the world?”

That’s why we’ve brought together experts from The Predictive Index and humanworks8, along with our very own People Operations Coordinator Delaney Moss, to talk about strategies to boost employee engagement.

They’ll cover three areas: engagement should start pre-hiring, defining company values, and ways to recognize employees and keep them connected with their teammates and the organization.
