Thursday, July 11, 2024, 12:00 pm CT

It’s never too late to help your executive leaders transform their leadership approach to position themselves and your organization for future success. Executive leaders must be flexible, agile, motivating, and inspiring while staying results oriented, and with so many moving parts and competing priorities, it can be challenging for them to continue to grow their leadership skills on their own. As an HR or L&D professional, let’s explore how you can help on this journey!

Join Brandon Smith, The Workplace Therapist, as he dives into how you can better support your executive leaders and help them build a leadership brand that will drive impactful results and inspire teams to create change and stay competitive.

Brandon will provide practical tools and techniques that you can use to develop your executive leaders and help them thrive in their role. He’ll discuss:

  • How leaders can successfully build trust
  • Strategies for identifying and communicating priorities as a leader
  • Techniques for working “on” the business rather than working “in” the business
  • Best practices when it comes to developing and maintaining one’s executive presence
