Thursday, June 22, 2023, 1:00 pm CT

In today’s fast-paced and complex work environments, emotional intelligence (EI) has become an essential skill for thriving in the workplace. Research shows that employees with high EI are better communicators, collaborators, and leaders, and are more likely to thrive in their roles.

This webinar will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of EI and its impact on the workplace. We’ll explore how to develop your own EI as well as that of your team.

By the end of this webinar, participants will:

  • Know the impact EI has on organizational effectiveness
  • Understand the five aspects of EI and how to tap into each of them – self-awareness, self-regulation, internal motivation, empathy, and social awareness
  • Gain the tools to cultivate EI in the workplace
