The two-day virtual event will take place May 18-19, 2022

ST. LOUIS, Missouri, April 18, 2022 – Sixty-three percent of employees quit their jobs in 2021 due to no opportunities for career advancement, according to a survey1 by Pew Research Center. BizLibrary, a leading online learning provider for growing organizations, is hosting a two-day virtual L&D conference, BOOST, on May 18-19, 2022. The event is aimed to equip business leaders with the tools and resources they need for building a successful upskilling program amidst The Great Reshuffle.

“As organizations continue to struggle with high employee turnover, we want organizations to know that BizLibrary can be a helpful resource in getting them back on their feet,” said Vice President of Sales Chris Elliot. “We’re excited to be hosting an event where HR and L&D professionals can learn from one another and gain helpful insights into launching a successful training program of their own.”

L&D and HR professionals, C-suite executives, and everyone in between is invited to attend a variety of formats, such as informative sessions with industry experts, specialized workshops, breakout discussions, and two keynote sessions from motivational speakers and St. Louis natives Judi Holler and John O’Leary.

Below are the following topics guests will learn more about:

  • Common challenges of building a skills development program
  • How to gain Leadership’s trust
  • Increasing engagement and retention across specific industries such as health care, manufacturing, and finance
  • How to build a successful upskilling program
  • Improving wellbeing and resilience in the workplace

“With Mental Health Awareness Month in mind, our team developed this conference based on business-critical topics that will provide organizations with the tools they need to create a positive learning culture,” said Paul Eschen, vice president of Marketing at BizLibrary. “One where employees will feel engaged, valued, and most importantly, want to stay.”

The event is completely free to attend and will offer several perks for guests, such as an opportunity to e-meet the event’s spokes dog, Launchpad, a “cutest pet” contest, wellness breaks, and free video lessons from BizLibrary’s Expert Insight series and additional wellbeing-focused courses. HR and L&D professionals will have the opportunity to learn from organizations alike and network with others in their field.
