BizLibrary Adds Five New Specialty Libraries for Manufacturing Industry

St. Louis, Missouri — BizLibrary, a leader in online learning solutions, has launched five new specialty libraries that address the evolving needs and challenges manufacturing organizations face. Partnering with industry leaders Tooling U-SME and Vector Solutions, BizLibrary’s new libraries offer multilingual content to help employees continue their education in specialty areas such as machining, welding, personal protective equipment, electrical maintenance, hydraulics, and much more!

“The manufacturing industry is facing a problem few organizations know how to address,” says Dean Pichee, CEO and Founder of BizLibrary. According to NAM’s Manufacturers Outlook Survey, skill gap training has been the top challenge for manufacturing businesses for the past nine consecutive quarters.

“Prompted by this information, we decided to reach out to our own clients in the manufacturing industry,” Pichee states. “Our survey found that addressing skill gaps, employee retention, training new managers, and incorporating content that engages manufacturing professionals are all reoccurring challenges.”

In light of this information, BizLibrary sought partnerships with specialty content producers to address the needs and challenges impeding organizations in the manufacturing industry. After a stringent vetting process, BizLibrary partnered with Tooling U-SME and Vector Solutions.

With these two new producer partnerships and the addition of five specialty libraries, BizLibrary now provides organizations in the manufacturing industry with a valuable, comprehensive solution that addresses all the challenges they currently face and can potentially encounter.

The BizLibrary Collection includes thousands of high-quality, modern video lessons covering topics important to growing organizations – business skills, HR compliance, information technology, leadership and management, sales and service, software, and workplace safety. This core content offering pairs with the new industry-specific content libraries to increase training relevance across the employee base, from production to the C-suite.
