This session focuses on Stakeholder Empathy: amplifying your empathy for where others stand and how you can connect your ask to what matters to them. You will learn how to strengthen credibility with others, frame a conversation so the decision maker is open to what you have to say, craft compelling messages that enable you to connect emotionally to your stakeholders, learn why stakeholders say no, and develop skills for guiding the conversation so that the decision maker’s concerns and objections become non-issues.
