How often do you retire your content?
Our library is updated every month, but our content has an average age of 3.5 years! We retire content when it’s no longer relevant or we introduce a new title that more effectively addresses the training question at hand. Clients and Channel partners receive quarterly retirement notices so they have plenty of time to adjust their programs if necessary.
Are the content packages flexible?
Yes! We have some pre-created content packages available for ease of selection, but if you know that you need highly specific content, we can create a content package catered for you that’s everything you need and nothing you don’t.
Do we have to partner with the BizLibrary LMS to use BizLibrary content?
No – you can access BizLibrary’s content with the LMS that you currently use. You can even play BizLibrary content within your own LMS’s native course player if you have the settings configured to do so. We’d love it if you used ours too – but no pressure!
