Did you know… that quiet quitters now make up 50% of the U.S. workforce? Productivity is at its lowest in 48 years? Gen Z is the most stressed-out generation…ever? Oh yeah, and this stressed out generation will make up 27% of the US workforce three years from now?

Join Paul Eschen, CMO at BizLibrary, as he takes us on a deep dive into these challenges and shares the results of a December 2022 survey of 200+ L&D professionals on trends that will drive L&D forward in 2023. Specifically, he’ll discuss how engagement and retention of Millennials and Gen Z is so closely linked to both your organization’s values and their hybrid/remote work philosophy. He’ll also share the core reasons as to why productivity is at a record low and what organizations can do about it. Lastly, he’ll share why 2023 is the Year of the Leader and the macroeconomic trends driving this year’s HUGE focus on the retention and development of our best leaders.

During this webinar, you will learn:

  • The link between building a culture of inclusivity and employee engagement/retention
  • What Gen Z and Millennials want out of their employers and how these generational shifts in “workplace happiness” will influence the future of L&D
  • Why leadership development is the #1 trend of 2023 and how you can set your business up for success in the new year
