Solving the Performance Paradox: Learning, Performance, and the Age of AI

Wednesday, March 4, 2026, 1:00 pm CT

For years, the future of learning has been framed around access: more content, more platforms, and more technology. AI has removed the access problem, but what’s holding performance back now is the ability to apply knowledge in real situations. Organizations are moving faster than ever. Work is more automated. Learning content is abundant. And yet, performance isn’t improving the way leaders expected.

This tension sits at the center of what BizLibrary is calling the Performance Paradox: a shift away from training as an event and toward learning that actually changes performance in the flow of work.

In this webinar, BizLibrary will unveil insights from the 2026 Performance Paradox Report, exploring why speed, scale, and AI haven’t translated into better outcomes and what high-performing organizations are doing differently.

Join us as we connect the dots between the future of learning and real-world performance. We’ll discuss:

  • Why performance is stalling despite AI and learning investment and how traditional learning metrics (completion, consumption, activity) are obscuring what really drives results
  • The five shifts redefining performance in 2026 and beyond, including:
    • The move from training activity to measurable performance impact
    • Why practice is becoming the primary growth engine over content
    • How human judgment and AI fluency together define future-ready talent
    • Why managers are emerging as the new learning infrastructure
    • Why clarity is now the most critical leadership capability in an AI-powered workplace
  • What the data says about engagement, readiness, and decision-making
  • How applied practice fits into the future of learning and why AI-powered roleplays and simulations like those enabled by BizReady are proving to be one of the fastest ways to drive engagement, confidence, and real behavior change

If your organization has invested in learning, AI, and technology, but performance hasn’t followed, this session will help explain why. Join us on March 4 for a research-backed conversation on the future of learning, the reality of performance in the AI era, and how organizations can move from activity to impact.
