Memorization has historically been the focus of most employee training programs, whether it’s through eLearning or face-to-face training. The unfortunate truth is that this focus lends to failure on the job, poor performance, and reduced training ROI. Simple memorization doesn’t allow employees to learn critical thinking skills and build expertise, but to reach high performance with today’s workforce, business leaders need to see agility, critical thinking, and rapid expertise development built into their training programs.

In this webinar, we’ll cover:

  • What costs do businesses incur when critical thinking is not part of work processes?
  • Is memorization an important part of learning?
  • What is the science behind instant vs. deep dive thinking?
  • How would you design a learning experience that stimulates critical thinking and rapid expertise development?
  • A demo of software that accelerates expertise development, critical analysis, and solution generation.
