What are people saying about BizLibrary webinars?
According to Gallup, 67% of workers were always or sometimes burned out before COVID. As you’re probably witnessing, those numbers are likely to rise given the anxiety and challenges presented by the pandemic.
We know that employees who are burned out are 260% more likely to quit, 23% more likely to visit an emergency room, and 63% more likely to take a sick day*. The last thing organizations want to do is to further compromise the well-being of their staff.
The good news is that we can prevent burnout. So while we can’t always control what happens or how much work there is to do, people can develop core inner skills to be more resilient and resourceful in times of high pressure.
Here’s what we’ll cover:
- Simple techniques for leaders and employees to use immediately to prevent or recover from burnout
- The latest research on burnout and how to spot the invisible signs before it’s too late
- The difference between stress and burnout and how working too much isn’t always the leading cause of burnout
- How to set this as a strategic initiative and evangelize support from leaders to transform your culture
