Brent Clark is a proven talent and training leader focused on building cultures of learning and change. His expertise has spanned across industries including financial services, nonprofits, and SaaS solutions. 

Currently, Brent serves as senior director, training and documentation at Genesys Cloud, a global omnichannel customer experience and contact center solutions provider. As senior director, Brent’s global team of 15 oversees new hire training, advanced skills training, curriculum development, technical writing, and knowledge systems management. They provide ongoing support to over 400 technical engineers and manage thousands of help articles. 

Prior to his time at Genesys, Brent served myriad escalating leadership roles in training and people development, most notably as head of people and business operations at Loansteady LLC, director of global training and documentation at Bullhorn, and national training manager at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation. His career path in training began at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where he was senior trainer from 2009 until 2011 followed by area manager from 2011 until 2015. 

In 2015, Brent received the Retail MVP Award from First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation for his expertise and success growing the company’s programs. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University. In addition, he has obtained both the Certified Professional in Talent Development and Project Management Professional designations.
