Meet our New Client Support Specialist, Anton Mitcham

Anton Mitcham Client Support Specialist

Anton joined BizLibrary in September 2018. He is responsible for providing support to remote SaaS clients by identifying, researching, and solving end-user tech issues.

Where are you from?

Born and raised in Saint Louis, Missouri.

How did you end up at BizLibrary?

BizLibrary’s recruiter, Carli, reached out to me on LinkedIn. Once she described the values and goals of the company, I knew it would be a great fit.

Tell us a bit about your background.

I’ve always been an energetic and friendly person. The activities I’ve chosen to engage in have always reflected these qualities, from karate to track and field and even starting my modeling career.

Since childhood I knew I wanted to be successful, especially in the arts. My first performance was around eight years old – me and a few neighborhood friends started a group and performed on my trampoline for the rest of the kids who lived near us. The song was called Tea and we literally sang about Sweet Tea. If that doesn’t sum up who I am in a nutshell, nothing will.

What’s your favorite part of working at BizLibrary?

What I love about my job is the collaborative environment. I can feel comfortable about speaking to people in different departments knowing that we all have the same goals.

Describe yourself in three words.

Tenacious, Friendly, Conscientious

Who would play you in a movie about yourself?

Jaden Smith, simply because I’m an Icon.

Why is employee training important to you?

Employee training has a ton of benefits. The most important detail for me is accountability. My team is always there to help me develop and cover any weak spots that may reveal themselves.

They are even proactive in making sure that I’m aware of any big changes or current trends. I wouldn’t survive without the high level of accountability.
