Meet our New Client Success Manager, Alyssa Rebecca

Alyssa joined BizLibrary in February 2019. She is responsible for partnering with clients to come up with strategic plans for their training program by providing insights and best practices.

Where are you from?

I was born in Indiana but have been in St. Louis, MO since 1999.

How did you end up at BizLibrary?

I was job searching and came across BizLibrary. After researching, visiting the website, and listening to the reasons why employees loved working here, I had to be a part of it!

Tell us a bit about your background.

I graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a minor in integrated marketing communications. I have always been passionate about building connections with people and continuing to grow personally and professionally. I am a firm believer in the power of a good cup of coffee and am obsessed with my mini golden doodle named Bentley. I am an open book, so my clients are free to ask me anything!

What’s your favorite part of working at BizLibrary?

Seeing our values lived out each and every day and the people I get to work alongside!

Describe yourself in three words.

Outgoing, passionate, adventurous

Who would play you in a movie about yourself?

That’s a great question, I’d like to think Mila Kunis, she’s so funny!

Why is employee training important to you?

We are making a difference in the way employees learn and develop. It’s so important to continue showing value to your employees so they will in turn continue to grow with you!
