Meet Our New Client Success Consultant, Haley Luke

Client Success Consultant Haley Luke

Haley joined BizLibrary in September 2017. She is responsible for building strategic partnerships with clients to ensure the overall success of their various learning and development programs and goals. Welcome to the team, Haley!

Where are you from?

St. Louis, Missouri – born and raised!

How did you end up at BizLibrary?

I actually hadn’t been on the job market when our amazing recruiter, Carli Kozik, reached out to me on LinkedIn to see if I may be interested in a new opportunity with BizLibrary. I decided to take a call with her just for networking purposes and to learn a little more about the position and company. After that call, I decided to meet with some of the team members at the office, and that quickly snowballed into falling in love with the culture and making the leap to join the BizLibrary family. I’m very happy with how it all turned out!

Tell us a bit about your background.

I’ve been working in Client Success for the last four years in a smaller environment. I was responsible for everything client-facing once they became an active client. This included system training, onboarding, strategy and tech support, etc. I have a degree in Journalism, but quickly learned it wasn’t an environment I wanted to continue my career in, though I do still love writing in my spare time, and helping contacts with some marketing pieces on the side.

What’s your favorite part of working at BizLibrary?

The people and culture are amazing! We truly do live by our core values, and I love sharing that energy with our clients.

Describe yourself in three words.

Dedicated, observant, creative

Why is employee training important to you?

Quality employee training not only increases a person’s knowledge and productivity in their position, but also increases their happiness with the company, improving the overall company culture. This also leads to an increase in employee retention, which saves the company a lot of time and money. Employee training ultimately affects the bottom line of the company. If you want your company to be successful, you’ll need the employees of the company to also be successful and have alignment to the overall company goals and initiatives.
