Alyse joined BizLibrary in 2015 as a Sales Development Representative, and after advancing in that role, she has recently transitioned to the Client Success team. She is responsible for building strategic partnerships with clients to ensure the overall success of their various learning and development programs and goals.

How did you end up at BizLibrary?
I was looking for an opportunity to further my career with an organization that provided a valuable resource that made a difference, as well as a phenomenal culture.
Tell us a bit about your background.
My background is primarily in customer service and sales. I’ve always focused on providing clients the best possible service, experience, and value, whether that be in the hospitality, restaurant, corporate, or training industry.
What’s your favorite part of working at BizLibrary?
The people, both internally and externally – we have such an eclectic team that provides amazing insights through a wide variety of opinions and experiences. I feel the same way with our clients. I learn something new every day and truly enjoy building those relationships and helping people get the best out of their training programs.
