The course introduces some of the legal foundations for ethical conduct. However, the course also shows how ethics goes beyond minimum legal and regulatory compliance.
Finally, the course reviews areas of concern that are commonly included in financial institutions’ codes of conduct. Strategies are provided for minimizing work-related ethical conflicts and dilemmas.
