This is a seven part series aimed at experienced and newly appointed sales people who have a basic understanding of selling techniques. The purpose of this series is to provide sales people with additional sales techniques and a fresh approach to selling. This is achieved by the introduction of a development model “The Sales Wheel of Success”. The model identifies five key areas which are interdependent and which sales people must give attention to if they wish to achieve their full sales potential. The series of courses concentrates on winning the minds of sales people to enable them to become top performers in their field. This holistic approach to selling builds on the basic sales process and concentrates on how the sales person can become more successful by developing a people centered approach. This is achieved through the development of interpersonal skills and advanced communication techniques. The series will demonstrate how the application of these techniques can improve the sales person's customer base, time management, sales success ratio, customer relationships and product and company knowledge leading to maximum performance.
