As Vice President of Client Services, Shannon currently manages our Account Consultant Team. Shannon has been with BizLibrary since August of 2003 and succeeded in multiple roles working with clients. She was recognized for individual contributions in 2006-2009. Prior to joining BizLibrary, Shannon was a manager and trainer with Estee Lauder and is an Alpha Chi Omega Alumni from Missouri State University.

Karen Marino

Vice President of Sales

Karen joined BizLibrary as the Vice President of Sales in November 2011. Prior to joining BizLibrary, Karen led sales teams in a variety of businesses and industry, most recently in the e-learning and learning technology sectors.



Chris Osborn

Chris Osborn
Vice President of Marketing

Chris joined BizLibrary in August of 2010. Prior to joining BizLibrary, Chris was a Senior Consultant at BPI Group, an international human resources consulting firm. Chris now leads BizLibrary's marketing efforts. Among the marketing initiatives BizLibrary is currently executing are weekly webinars (all are approved for HR CE credit), web marketing - including paid search, e-mail marketing and trade shows. Chris has a diverse background including executive human resources roles, attorney, higher education and speaker.

Dean Pichee

Dean Pichee founded BizLibrary in 1996, to provide affordable, high-quality, training resources to small and mid-sized organizations across all industries. Prior to founding BizLibrary, Dean founded and sold Capital Training Company, a training solutions provider for banks and financial institutions. Before founding Capital Training Company, Pichee served as the Vice President for Bankers Training, also a training provider for the financial training industry. Dean has served on the board of directors of leading trade associations for learning providers, including the Digital Learning Organization, and its predecessor, Training Media Association. He has also served on the board for the ALS Society of St. Louis. Dean earned a business degree from Washington University.

Les Wight

Chief Technology Officer

Les brings over 15 years of experience in web development as developer, team lead, and architect. As Chief Technology Officer, Les is the software architect and technical leader for development efforts at BizLibrary.



Debbie Williams

Debbie Williams
Vice President of Operations

Debbie Williams joined BizLibrary as an Account Manager in 2001. She was promoted to Member Services Manager shortly thereafter, and in 2006, to Vice President of Operations. In her current role, Debbie serves BizLibrary in a number of vital areas, including: Accounting & Finance; Internal Business Services & Facility Support; Talent Acquisition & HR; and  Streaming Video Library Content and Content Partners. Prior to joining BizLibrary, Debbie served more than 11 years in the banking industry, and more than five years in the medical equipment industry. Debbie studied business at Weber State University.
