Needs Analysis
Our lending library members are able to roll out a free needs analysis survey that we host on our Learning Management System (LMS). The needs analysis allows our clients to evaluate the training and development needs of their employees from the employee perspective. Our survey analysis is anonymous, and a universal username and password is sent to our clients via e-mail. We allow for a two-week grace period to give employees adequate time to complete the online questionnaire, and then compile and rank results for our clients. This process of gathering and rating survey results can obviously be very time consuming. We do all the work for our members, and this no-cost benefit has become a very popular part our service.
Custom Competencies Assessment
Our e-Learning clients have the opportunity to rollout a comprehensive skill-gap assessment based on 60 core competencies, including: problem-solving, communication, attention to quality, and leadership – to name a few. Some clients looking for a thorough analysis chose to utilize our 360-degree review – surveying the employee, their manager, a co-worker, and a subordinate, and then compiling the results to establish an evaluation for the single employee based on their collective analysis.
Taking the results of the competency assessment, we can then create an individual development plan with a recommended list of courses for the coordinating competency modules that require improvement. This has been extremely helpful for our clients who either didn’t know where to start with their needs analysis and skill assessment, and also those who are opting to tie training and development goals to each employee’s performance appraisal so they can track improvement and provide succession planning.
