Free Online Needs Analysis Survey for Managers and Employees
Members have access to an online needs analysis survey that will allow you to identify and address the business training needs of your employees and managers, as separate groups.
Curriculum Development Support
Account Manager assistance with the development of need-specific curriculums is available. This will include identification of course materials from BTL course catalog, assistance with the association of materials to specific training goals and implementation guidance.
Account Review
Memberships include quarterly review of membership success criteria and training goals. Based off of these reviews the member can establish new goals and objectives with their account manager.
Online Course Management Features
Members will have access to an online ordering system. This secure website will keep real-time inventory of courses that are available to the member, and will allow them to designate courses for future use through a “My Queue” button. Members will also be able to run reports and track their transaction history, including multiple location shipments, through the system
Marketing & Implementation Materials
Account Manager assistance with preparation and implementation of client specific marketing & implementation materials to internally market and promote the Lending Library membership.
