Administrator and User Training
BizLibrary offers an engaging, effective and comprehensive training program to our client administrators.
Administrative Training
Administrators will have access to our learning management system. The LMS is intuitive and easy to use. It also contains many features and functions, so we make sure each client can get the training needed for program administrators to successfully manage the delivery, tracking and reporting of the training program. Administrative training covers every important aspect of the LMS, including:
- Course and Resource Assignment - Administrators need to learn how to build groups of users (by location, function, role, etc.) and then assign courses or other hosted resources to the targeted users.
- Reporting - the LMS contains 60+ standard reports, each of which can be filtered and sorted as needed.
- Set up Approvals - Some organizations prefer to have employees get approval before starting training courses.
- Messages and Alerts - The LMS allows administrators to set up a wide array of communications including notices and alerts as needed to ensure timely completion and assignment of courses.

End User Training
The LMS is very easy to use. In fact, less than 1/2 of 1% of our total user population ever uses our technical support team. However, we continue to provide end user training as a way to help develop familiarity with the system and improve user adoption and completion rates. Account managers support client Administrators by providing guidance on best practices and documentation for end user success.
