Ongoing program reviews are a vital part of every client relationship at BizLibrary. Our Account Managers are engaged in continuous communication with clients. In addition to the regular stream of communications, each Account Manager schedules Program Reviews with their clients. These Program Reviews cover:
- Business Environment - Account Managers must understand the client's business environment, including the culture, current initiatives and challenges. This level of understanding facilitates the consulting and professional work needed to match a custom developed program to actual client needs, which in turn, supports client success.
- Success Criteria - The parties establish program success criteria during the implementation process. The reviews help BizLibrary and our client measure success, track benchmarks and then make any adjustments to the program as needed
- Success and Challenges - Programs that build on successes are almost always the most rewarding for clients and return the greatest ROI. BizLibrary's Account Managers work with their clients to identify successes and find ways to communicate success stories in ongoing marketing efforts.
