Each client works with an Account Manager who offers consultation and assistance in designing the necessary curriculums to meet their training and development goals. Many of our clients take advantage of an array of survey and competency assessments to ensure that their management and staff are on the same page, and to document a needs analysis for future performance reviews. We offer administrator and user training for all of our clients at no additional charge, because we know that proper system training will maximize the return on our client's training and development investment.
Clients utilizing our Custom Development Services might opt to outsource some of the administrative tasks involved in implementation to our service team. We are happy to accommodate your administrative needs in order to save your company time and allow your employees to focus on your day-to-day operations. For those interested in hosting their own Learning Management System (LMS), we do offer an Installed LMS, and our service team can assist in installation and utilization.
