Consultation and Course Selection
Business Training Library members not only have access to thousands of titles, but they also receive assistance and consultation from our professional services team. An Account Manager works with each of our members to assess the training and development needs of their staff, and in goal planning and course selection, to ensure that our clients are maximizing their investment in our business training solutions.
To get the process started, your Account Manager will work with you to determine the goals of your program. We work with our members to help select courses that will not only be appropriate for their target audience, but will also fit the culture of their organization. We realize that selecting programs from such a wide variety of titles can be overwhelming. To help you select the most appropriate programs, our service team is there to give recommendations on programs that will best fit your training needs. Our professional services team will also work with you to establish a training calendar. Planning a schedule for training and development allows our clients to not only plan ahead for training, but also, in the case of our Lending Library, to reserve programs in advance and adequately market their sessions to the appropriate employees.

Building Custom Curriculums
Many of our members conduct ongoing training sessions with employees and managers. Our staff can assist you in developing full training curriculums and calendars. These curriculums can be targeted towards certain departments, job roles, or individuals. Curriculums are designed and developed based upon the skills needed for each employee. Some examples include curriculums for first-time management staff, customer service departments, or new employees.
