This course does a great job of providing examples and ways to help an employee identify characteristics and understanding of a company’s culture. Portions of this course also include helpful information on participating in organizational change and ways to identify and lead a nurturing, learning culture.
The job aids included with this course are amazing! An assessment tool is available for you to use in an exploratory context, helping to identify what type of organization you are in and areas for improvement. An organizational alignment worksheet provides a means to identify and expand upon mission and values. Possibly, the most helpful document covers empowerment, and how to build ownership, center work around a mission statement and becoming an empowering manager.
I recommend this course for any first time managers and individuals looking to develop leadership awareness.
