Mandatory Sexual Harassment Training
Is Your State Next?

Last year, California joined Maine and Connecticut in mandating sexual harassment training. The California law, signed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenneger, requires any employer with 50 or more California employees to give supervisors two hours of sexual harassment training every two years. All supervisors must receive their initial training by January 1, 2006.

These states are not alone, many others have requirements approaching this level. Just one more thing for HR Managers and Trainers to worry about. Right?

Business Training Library can help!

We offer easy-to-use video and web-based programs that can help you meet the mandated sexual harassment training requirements. Many of our clients use videos to facilitate group discussions and with CompanyCollege, our hosted e-learning solution, many also include sexual harassment training as part of an individualized Learning Plan created for each employee.
