St. Louis, September 20, 2012 - BizLibrary, a leading employee training and development solutions provider for small and mid-sized companies, named Telephone Doctor the 2012 Partner of the Year. BizLibrary presented this award to Telephone Doctor during the annual client conference awards luncheon, and it represents BizLibrary’s appreciation of its long-standing partnership with the customer service and communications training organization.

Telephone Doctor was among the first producer partners to form a relationship with BizLibrary. For 16 years, BizLibrary has included Telephone Doctor’s award-winning training program in its Lending Library, BizFlix, Streaming Video and e-Learning solutions.
