Edfinancial Services Receives Best Blended Program of 2012 Recognition from BizLibrary
St. Louis, September 20 – BizLibrary, the nation’s leading online training and e-learning partner for small and mid-sized organizations named Edfinancial Services the recipient of the Best Blended Program of 2012 award at ALIGN 2012, BizLibrary’s annual client conference.
Edfinancial Services, a student loan debt management company, joined BizLibrary in October 2010 and has since developed a program that goes beyond the company’s initial need for a new hire orientation and compliance training program.
“Working with Edfinancial Services has been a great experience for BizLibrary,” said BizLibrary President and CEO Dean Pichee. “Edfinancial developed a great program that goes above and beyond the initial training needs, providing off-the-shelf content to all 450 employees and taking advantage of a wide range of multimedia resources.”
Vice President of Client Services Shannon Kluczny echoed Pichee’s praise. “Edfinancial Services developed an extremely successful training program,” she said. “Every department provides instructor led training, and this training is followed up with surveys and quizzes that are tracked in the LMS. The new hire program is the key to Edfinancial’s success because their workforce has doubled since January, as they added more than 175 new employees. As Edfinancial continues to grow, so does its program and results.”
Edfinancial Services was presented with this award at BizLibrary’s annual client conference awards luncheon in downtown St. Louis, MO. The other award finalist recognized was Aegion, a global leader in infrastructure protection and a provider of proprietary technologies and services for the corrosion of industrial pipelines.
Like Edfinancial, Aegion uses BizLibrary’s LMS to track and report all training. Aegion’s training programs include the Step-Up Program for non-union laborers who want to advance their careers, the High Potential Program for executives, the Safety Program and the internal Project Management University. Training results include over 3,000 course completions in just a single quarter this year.
Best Blended Program was one of six awards announced at the 2012 ALIGN awards luncheon. BizLibrary also recognized:
Telephone Doctor – Partner of the Year
Itelligence – Best New Program Launch
Just Energy – Program of the Year
Advance Financial – Best Measured Results
Amber Aziza – Training Professional of the Year
