BizLibrary Names Amber Aziza 2012 Training Professional of the Year

 
 
St. Louis, September 20, 2012 – BizLibrary named Amber Aziza from Advance Financial the 2012 Training Professional of the Year at ALIGN 2012, BizLibrary’s 5th annual conference in downtown St. Louis, MO.

“We are extremely pleased to recognize Amber Aziza for her success as a training professional,” said BizLibrary President and CEO, Dean Pichee. “All three of our finalists have proven incredibly successful in the training industry, and this was a very difficult selection. Amber Aziza has shown a true dedication to training. She is remarkably skilled and innovative, and is an excellent coach and overall supporter of BizLibrary.”

Aziza has over eight years of experience in learning and development, and she was recruited to Advance Financial in 2010.

“Aziza led the effort that resulted in reducing Advance Financial turnover by 52 percent,” said Vice President of Client Services Shannon Kluczny. “She is responsible for creating the Advance Financial Learning and Development Department from the ground up, transitioning a paper and pen company to BizLibrary’s Learning Management System.”

Aside from her work with Advance Financial, Aziza also developed and managed learning campaigns and budgets for a variety of business in multiple industries. She was honored as The Learning Consortium’s 30 under 30 Learning Professionals of 2011 and is a member of ASTD at national and local levels.

The other award finalists recognized were Ken Ceaser and Mary Coursey.

Ken Ceaser, the Manager of International Human Resources and Talent Management for Aviall, is a proven leader who is a strong coach and partner with BizLibrary, playing a pivotal role in procuring results for Aviall’s training program. Mary Coursey is the Training and Development Director for Everence, and she has helped create a training program around a new CRM and email systems.

Training Professional of the Year was one of six awards announced at the 2012 ALIGN awards luncheon. BizLibrary also recognized:
