BizLibrary Awards Advance Financial with Best Measured Results of 2012
St. Louis, September 20, 2012 - BizLibrary, a leading employee training and development solutions provider for small and mid-sized companies, is proud to announce Advance Financial as the recipient of its 2012 Best Measured Results award. This award, presented during BizLibrary’s annual client conference awards luncheon, recognizes Advance Financial for developing a training program with defined metrics and ROI, tying training to business results, recognizing the value of training, using and soliciting feedback and gathering and reporting on program performance.
“We are extremely pleased to recognize Advance Financial for its success in implementing a very successful training program with excellent measured results,” said Vice President of Client Services Shannon Kluczny. “While all three of our finalists deserved recognition for their achievements, we felt that Advance Financial’s outstanding success was a true demonstration of how measuring results can confirm the accomplishments of a training program.”
Advance Financial, a full-service, family owned and operated financial center, employs over 300 people at its 30 locations. They joined BizLibrary in August of 2011, and have since put together an exceptional training program with amazing results.
“Prior to partnering with BizLibrary, no training program was in place,” said Kluczny. “Now, Advance Financial has a new-hire training program that has reduced the company turnover rate from 103% to 51%. They never view the program as ‘finished’ and are constantly making adjustments and improvements.”
The other Best Measured Results finalists included AmSurg Corporation and Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp USA. AmSung, who joined BizLibrary in 2005, is a nationally recognized leader in development, management and operation of outpatient surgery centers. They expanded their program to include the LMS in 2010, and have since implemented a plan for all employees to exceed 40 hours of training. They have achieved over 10,000 course completions since that time.
Kawasaki also partnered with BizLibrary in 2005, initially to gain access to the Lending Library. In 2009, their program was expanded to incorporate online content with the LMS. As a result, employees were promoted from within, and employee performance has improved overall.
Best Measured Results was one of six awards announced at the 2012 ALIGN awards luncheon. BizLibrary also recognized:
Telephone Doctor – Partner of the Year
Itelligence – Best New Program Launch
EdFinancial Services – Best Blended Program
Just Energy – Program of the Year
Amber Aziza – Training Professional of the Year
