SHRM 2012 - Annual Conference and Expo
| We're very excited to be exhibiting at the SHRM 2012 Conference and Expo in Atlanta. It's always a fun, energizing and learning filled event. Align 2012 Special Events
In addition to the twenty HRCI approved breakout sessions and three keynote speakers, Align 2012 will feature two fun-filled special events - all included with your Conference Registration!
Tuesday night Erin Brown, many of you will recognize her as Carol from the "Cutting Edge Communication Series" (see the clips below), will host "Hot on the Red Carpet" at the Hyatt Regency at the Arch, followed by cocktails and networking with other HR and training professionals like you.
Wednesday night we'll spend a night at the beautiful Busch Stadium, where the St. Louis Cardinals will play the Houston Astros. We'll enjoy the game, dinner and drinks from the Coca-Cola Scoreboard Patio.

Creating a Leadership Development Framework [Case Study: Covenant Healthcare]

Covenant HealthCare (Covenant) is one of the largest, most comprehensive health care providers in Michigan. Covenant’s previous leadership development program conformed to a “top down” approach. The organization decided how leaders would develop themselves. This model was marked by significant limitations such as ineffective or irrelevant content, inappropriate content length, poor flexibility, and no evaluation for leadership effectiveness. Covenant developed a new leadership paradigm to address these limitations and meet current leadership development needs. Click here for the entire case study. |
