Our Lending Library members enjoy access to a free Online Training Needs Analysis Survey that we have developed as a benefit to ensure their training curriculum is in alignment with the needs of their employees.
The surveys are presented in an easy-to-use format, and take less than 5 minutes to complete. All of the data is gathered by our system, and your Account Manager will be able to generate a customized report of the results. We've even developed a series of e-mail templates that we will send to you so that you can announce and distribute the survey to participants.
Our goal for the survey is to provide you with a valuable tool to help create a comprehensive training program within your company. Our hope is that the survey results will give you qualitative and quantitative evidence of the positive investment your company has made in training efforts.
