BizLibrary's 4th Annual Client Conference, Align, has been pre-approved by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI®) for a maximum of 10 recertification credit hours. HRCI awards recertification credits on an hour-for-hour basis for all educational sessions attended, not including breaks, meals, and networking time.

What is Align, BizLibrary’s Annual Conference?

Align brings together learning professionals and practitioners across industries to discuss best practices and trends within training, employee development and learning technology.   The event begins September 20th with a Welcome Event. The next morning opens with breakfast and a Keynote address in the main banquet room at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark (see the video clip below of Randy Pennington from Align 2010). The Keynote address is followed by your choice of Breakout Sessions, a break for lunch and networking, followed by more Breakout Sessions. The day culminates with an awards dinner recognizing this year's  ”Excellence in E-Learning” honorees -- clients and partners recognized for having created exceptional programs. The final day of the conference will offer a 2nd Keynote address and additional Breakout Sessions. ALIGN 2011 is approved for 10 hours of CE credit for certified HR professionals. Align 2011 will feature a total of 23 breakout sessions spanning across the 2nd and 3rd day of the conference. We are planning to offer at least 10 CE credits for HR Professionals. Presenters include BizLibrary Clients, Partners and Industry Leaders. During the Breakout Sessions you will learn inspirational strategies, tools and processes that BizLibrary Clients and Partners have deployed in their own organizations and have had a proven business impact.
