Reporting and Custom Reporting

BizLibrary's Learning Management System continually tracks the learning and performance improvement activity of every LMS User. The full power of the LMS’s comprehensive tracking capabilities is realized when you enable Individuals, Managers, and other Administrators to access a wide variety of Reports that track individual and group progress,resource usage, assessment and survey results and overall training effectiveness.

Custom Reports

To meet the unique needs of your organization, we can develop Custom Reports and incorporate them into the LMS. In addition, if your organization owns a third-party Reporting tool. We can also export the desired learning data so that you can perform ad-hoc Reporting.

Solutions
  • A customized SQL script will be written by BizLibrary to provide learner assignments, progress, and completion information in the form of an export data file. Other types of information are available to meet client needs such as skills assessment, discussion, and certification-related data. This type of report data is available as a file download from FTP, or via email receipt.
  • A customized Report can be created by BizLibrary using SQL Reporting Services. BizLibrary will work with the client to determine the type of data on which to report, and to determine what filters will be available to customize the data results. This type of custom report is available through the Administrative Reports area of the Learning Management System.
