Business Training Library has the most comprehensive list of training titles I have come across. With our subscription I am able to satisfy the needs of our staff. We have utilized the library for HR issues, teambuilding, self-improvement, technical, supervisory training and safety training. I especially enjoy the fact that I can bring in a video, preview it and just send it back for another title. This sure beats the "free" video preview offerings that just end up with a bunch of sales calls. I also have appreciated BTL's diligence in obtaining titles not currently offered. They worked with a supplier I recommended and got me just what I needed. They have also come through with their customer service. The turnaround is as promised, items are most often in stock and I can even reserve programs in advance. Our decision to subscribe to BTL has proven to be the correct one.



We really love the Lending Library. Their online catalog of training courses is so user-friendly. It's really easy to search and I love the feedback from other users. When a title arrives, there's never any surprises. I always know exactly what I'm getting. I have absolutely no ideas for improvement on this service. We love it just the way it is!




We chose Business Training Library to compliment and complete a missing, but much needed, piece of our employee training program. The courses and the accompanying support materials have proved to be very useful in the development of our training sessions and our employees really enjoy them. We’ve been able to use the service for both required training sessions and for personal development of our staff. Our brown bag lunch-n-learn sessions have been very successful. Plus, there's no time limit, an easy to use website, and an Account Manager to help out. I can’t go wrong!




The positive return from the Library membership has been tremendous. It's great to have access to different materials and not having to constantly show the same training video over and over again. This also means that I save money by not needing to constantly purchase updated training materials. Using different resources keeps the training fresh and new all the time.




We started working with Business Training Library primarily to standardize training in our offices across the country. The results have been better than expected. More people have access to training on demand instead of waiting for a classroom session. In addition to standardization, using the CompanyCollege learning management system (LMS) allows us to track all training, computer-based, classroom, on-the-job, etc. Because of the LMS, we have been able to capture exactly what employee training has occurred and when; this helped us in two ways: one, we can identify the need for training, and two, we can recognize people who have completed their training. All in all, the relationship we have had with Business Training Library has been an extremely successful one, and we look forward to continuing that relationship into the future.
