As Vice President of Client Services, Shannon currently manages our Account Management Team. Shannon was named Account Manager of the Year in 2006 and Employee of the Year in 2007. Shannon was also recognized for her efforts as Chairman of Business Training Library's inaugural client e-Learning conference, Align 2008. Shannon most recently led Align 2010, the most successful client conference to date.
Prior to joining BizLibrary, Shannon was employed as a manager and trainer with Estee Lauder.
Shannon is an Alpha Chi Omega Alumni from Missouri State University.
