BizLibrary's Annual Client Awards Dinner was held Wednesday, September 21st at the Hilton at the Ballpark St. Louis. All attendees of Align 2011, BizLibrary's Annual Conference, were invited to attend the event.

Streaming Video and E-Learning Courses - Through 2011 DWA's goal is to keep training and development at the top of employees' minds, change behavior, continous learning and clarification of communication. They assign required courses and also allow employees to access courses on a self-directed basis. They include streaming videos as pre-work and follow-up to instructor-led courses. They have also created Learning Plans or Individual Development Plans with their supervisors, who will coach them through any skill gaps.
Classroom Module - They are utilizing the classroom module throughout the organization. They track both historial data and future assignments and registrations. They are including both Classroom Events and E-Learning Courses in their Learning Plans.
Harvard Management Mentor - They have integrated BizLibrary's Learning Management System with online Harvard Business courses. They provide this as an on-demand reference resource for Management or they can also complete courses from beginning to end. |
