Challenge - NelNet used three trainers to provide instructor-led sessions in multiple locations. Travel expenses were high, and important training was not reaching many employees in remote locations.
Solution - BizLibrary's "bookshelf" model (access to thousands of courses) met NelNet's needs to provide training to individuals based upon the individual's needs. The on-demand training reduced training costs while expanding access to training and making the entire program more effective.
