Business Training Library, a leading provider of training solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, is looking to add an E-Learning Sales Consultant to our talented team! The right candidate will be responsible for the initial introduction of web-based training solutions to potential clients nationwide, demonstrate courseware and the LMS and all follow up activities.
- Candidate must have 2-5 years of Business-to-Business experience
in sales or technology consulting.
- Hunter mentality.
- Proven track record of producing $1M in annual revenue.
- Ability to maintain a strong pipeline of $2-$3M.
- Ability to accurately forecast pipeline.
- Understanding of a 3-6 month sales cycle and how to move the process forward.
- Experience using a CRM system and web-sharing application such as WebEx.
- Must possess superior verbal and written communication. Ability to
communicate with high-level executives.
- Must possess strong negotiation skills and closing techniques.
- Must have a positive attitude, be a team player and have a strong
desire for growth.
- Must be a fast learner, extremely motivated and have proven
success.
- Formal SALES training a plus!

Business Development Representative

The right candidate will be responsible for initial introduction of our lending library training solution to potential members nationwide. Our Representatives use needs-based selling to acquire commitment from prospective members to try and ultimately buy our services.
- Candidates must have 1-3 years of Business-to-Business experience in sales or customer service.
- Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with high-level executives.
- Make B2B outbound prospecting calls, sales and customer service phone calls and e-mails.
- Must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and have a strong desire for growth.
- Must be a fast learner, extremely motivated and have proven success.
- Experience with B2B sales and selling Technology based solutions is a plus but not required.

Outbound Lead Specialist (Full-time or Part-time)

The right candidate will be focused on generating leads to help build our sales teams pipeline and customer base. The Outbound Lead Specialist will be responsible for identifying customer needs, verifying information and communicating product information.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years inbound/outbound tele-services or sales experience
- Candidate will generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound prospecting
- Ability to identify initial qualification and engage prospect in needs-based conversation
- Responsible for reaching daily call goals
- Must possess superior verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with Management and High-Level Executives.
- Must have a positive attitude, proactive personality, self-motivated and be a team player.
- Responsible for updating database and maintaining accurate records
- Candidate will participate in company lead training to develop understanding of solutions and fact-finding skills
- Experience using computer database and exceptional phone skills preferred
